            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

If you are looking for one-to-one training, this can also be arranged on special terms.

The training will be intensive which will cover all the  areas such as fitness, drills for batting and bolwing along with team building skills.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Training is done for the youth from the age group of 6 to 18 years every Friday and Saturday from 4pm until 6pm.

​

Currently there are 14 kids who have joined the cricket academy and the number is expected to grow.​

            TRAINING PROGRAM

Training is done as per the plan below

​

15 mins - Warm-Up 

45 mins - Batting & Bowling skills (centre wicket / nets)

45 mins - Fielding – catching & throwing / running between wickets / games

15 mins - Recovery & session review

Aasif Sheikh has been playing cricket for the last 35 years and he has played all his cricket in UK.  He started off in school and particiapated as a key player for the school and went on to play for King's Colleage London and many local clubs.

​

Children play sport for a variety of reasons. Most commonly they do it for enjoyment, when the enjoyment goes so does their interest in continuing the sport. Enjoyment can come from a number of sources including:-

- Learning new skills

- Participating in a range of fun activities

- Receiving positive feedback

- Being able to do something well

- Being with friends

- Achieving challenging tasks

- The desire to be fit and healthy

- Being part of a team sport

​

The coach assumes the responsibility of doing everything possible to ensure that the youngsters in their team have an enjoyable and safe sporting experience, opportunity and positive communication while they learn the skills of the game.
